Knowledge of Basic Arithmetic

Basic arithmetic includes addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This is elementary school mathematics, so it is very essential to master these concepts.

In case of doing multiplication, you do not need to memorize the multiplication tables from 1 to 100 or further. You just have to understand the underlying concept of how we operate multiplication . Multiplying 3 and 4 is actually adding 3 together 4 times:
