In your quest to crack NEET 2020, you might have come across many books which claim to provide the best information. Students often rely on their peers, teachers and the internet to guide them through the process of choosing the best study material.

Physics 

The Physics section is ranked as the toughest part of the NEET 2020 exam by students. Lengthy calculations and tricky questions make up most of the section. There will be 45 questions in this section, and the maximum marks that can be scored are 180. 


Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma is considered to the gold standard. If you are looking to clear your basic concepts, then this is the book. Mechanics, Optics and waves are covered in the first volume while modern physics, laws of thermodynamics and electromagnetism is included in the second volume. 


Objective Physics which is written by D.C Pandey, is another excellent example. A large number of practice questions help students in familiarizing themselves with the pattern of NEET 2020 Exam. 


Fundamentals of Physics, written by Halliday, Resnick and Walker, is the book that has been going strong since 1960. Colleges and universities use this book to teach students across the globe. The book is calculus-based, which makes it quite challenging for students.


Topics like Special Relativity are covered extensively, and the extended version of the book covers topics like Cosmology, atomic theory and nuclear physics. 


Chemistry 

For Chemistry part of NEET Exam, NCERT books are considered to be the most important. You should also refer to books by Boyd and Morrison, and OP Tandon. For organic chemistry, you can study from books by MS Chouhan.

Biology 


Objective Biology by Trueman provides an in-depth look in all topics of biology. The book can be used to familiarise yourself with the subject and understand all the basic concepts. The book comes in two volumes. 


Biology books published by GR Bathla group is also a great option. Wide variety of practice and mock tests makes this book very beneficial. The language is crisp, and attention to detail is excellent. 


Ncert books still reign supreme when it comes to Biology. You can use these books to clear doubts and get a solid understanding of the basic concepts. 

You should also consider Objective Botany written by Ansari to get a grasp of Botany. Detailed diagrams and examples make this book a hit among teachers and students.
