Class XII is a very busy year for every student. There are so many things to deal with like boards, entrance exam preparations, projects, etc. Projects can be very time-consuming if not done properly in one or two revisions. This could cause the wastage of a students’ time needed to prepare for boards and entrance exams. Also, school projects need to be in the correct format so that students get good marks. Let us look at how to write a certificate for the school project of class XII. 


There can be several ways in which you can write the certificate correctly. Some of these are as follows:


  1. This is to certify that (student’s name) of class XII has completed his/her (subject name) project titled (title of the project) under the guidance of (teacher’s name) for the academic year (school year). The certified student has been dedicated throughout his/her research and completed her/his work before the given deadline without missing any important details from the project. It is also certified that this project is the individual work of the student and can be submitted for evaluation.

  1. This is to certify that the contents of this project file submitted by (Student’s Name) of class XII for the subject of (subject name) is his/her bonafide work submitted to (School’s name) for partial fulfilment of the requirements for CBSE examinations of class XII. The project has been completed under my guidance and supervision. (student’s name) has been working on the completion of the project sincerely from start to finish. I certify that the project is up to my expectations and can be submitted for evaluation.

  1. It is certified that (Student’s name) of class XII has completed this project under the guidance and supervision of (Teacher’s name) with great diligence. The project for the subject of (Subject’s name) titled (Title of the project) is up to the standards of the Central Board of Secondary Education and can be sent for evaluation.

Students can use any of the above formats with necessary adjustments to write the certificate section of their class XII project file. Always mention your name, the teacher’s name, and your class and section clearly in the certificate. This will avoid confusion on the part of the teacher and will prevent misplacing your file or marks.
