NABARD Full Form

NABARD can be an abbreviation of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.   1. Bachelor's Degree that has a minimum of 60 percentage points (SC/ST/PWBD candidates -55 percent) overall in aggregate in aggregate
  2. Postgraduate degree, MBA/PGDM requiring a minimum of 55 percentage marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in total OR CA/CS/ICWA OR Ph.D. in a university recognized by the UGC/GOI.


NABARD Grade A & B 2023: Exam Pattern

Phase I – Preliminary Examination


The Prelims Examination of Grade A will be conducted online.

Objective Type: MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) carrying 200 marks.

Duration: 120 Minutes Composite Time

Total Marks: 200

I) Test of Reasoning – 20 questions – 20 marks

II) English Language – 30 questions – 30 marks

III) Computer Knowledge – 20 questions – 20 marks

IV) Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions – 20 marks

V) Decision Making– 10 questions – 10 marks

VI) General awareness – 20 questions – 20 marks

VII) Economic & Social Issues (with focus on Rural India) – 40 questions – 40 marks

VIII) Agriculture & Rural Development (with focus on Rural India) – 40 questions- 40 marks


Phase II Mains Exam

It is expected that the Mains Examination of NABARD Grade A will be conducted online and will consist of two exams.

Paper-I

General English: (Descriptive - online via keyboard)

The exam will include questions on descriptive nature that will carry 100 marks.

Time: 1 1/2 hour

Paper I is the same across all disciplines.
