The Syllabus and Exam Pattern of RRB NTPC 2020 examination include CBT I stage, CBT II Stage, Aptitude Test, Typing Skills and Document Verification and Medical Examination. 


The railway department conducts RRB NTPC Exam every year for its vacant posts. RRB NTPC 2020 Examination is held for Non-Technical Popular Categories that is, Junior Time Keeper Typist, Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Guard, Senior Clerk and Typist, Senior Commercial Clerk, Junior Account Assistant, Junior Time Keeper and other posts.


Syllabus of the RRB NTPC Exam 2020:


The examination involves I Stage Computer Based Test, II Stage Computer Based Test, Typing Skill Test or Computer Based Aptitude Test and Medical Examination. Negative 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.


RRB NTPC I Stage CBT 2020 Exam Pattern 



General Awareness 


Current Affairs, Games, Sports, Arts, Culture, Literature, Monuments, Indian places, General Science, Life Science, Indian History, Freedom Struggle, Physical, Social, Economic Geography, General Scientific, Technological Developments along with Space, Nuclear Program of India, UN and Other World Organizations, Environmental Issues, Computer Applications, Common Abbreviations etc.


Mathematics


Number System, LCM, HCF, Ratio, Proportions, Percentage, Mensuration, Fractions, Time, Distance, Decimals, Profit, Loss, Algebra, Time, Work, Simple, Trigonometry, Geometry,Elementary Statistics, Elementary, Compound Interest etc.


General Intelligence and Reasoning


Completion of Number, Alphabetical Series, Analogies, Coding, Decoding, Mathematical Operations, Similarities, Jumbling, Puzzle, Data Sufficiency, Statement Conclusion, Statement Courses of Action, Maps, Differences, Interpretation of Graphs, Relationships, Analytical Reasoning, Venn Diagrams, Syllogism, Decision Making etc.


RRB NTPC II Stage CBT 2020 Exam Patter




The II Stage CBT Exam to be held for every 7th CPC Level that is Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 with the classified difficulty level. The negative of 1/3 mark for every wrong answer will be marked.


RRB NTPC 2nd Stage CBT 2020 Syllabus

The Exam will have the objective type including multiple options questions and are expected to add questions regarding:


The total questions are asked for 120 Marks.

Current Events, Art, Culture, Indian Literature, Games, Sports, Monuments, Places of India, General and Life Science, Indian History, Freedom Struggle, Physical, Social, Economic Geography, Polity and Governance India constitution, political system, General Scientific, Technological Developments along with Space, Nuclear Program of India, UN, Other notable World Organizations, Environmental Issues, Computer Basics, Computer Applications, Transport Systems, Economy of India, Important Administration and Public Sector Organizations etc.


Mathematics


LCM, HCF, Fractions, Ratio, Decimals, Mensuration, Time, Work, Time, Simple, Compound Interest, Percentage, Geometry, Distance, Trigonometry, Elementary Algebra, Number System, Elementary Statistics, Profit, Loss, Proportions etc.


General Intelligence and Reasoning

RRB NTPC 2020 Typing Skill Test



The performance of the applicants in I and II Stage CBT, candidates according to the number of openings will be asked for Document Verification according to their merit. Placement of chosen candidates is subjected to their passing necessary Medical Fitness Test.
