Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a national level MBA entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International University (Pune) for admission to its various management programs offered at its affiliated institutes, including SCMHRD and SIBM. After CAT, it is one of the most popular MBA entrance exams in India, and more than 50,000 students take the exam every year. Here we will discuss tips & strategies to ace SNAP exam.


Before proceeding you must know that the overall level of difficulty of SNAP is less than that of CAT, IIFT and XAT. From 2017 onwards, the SNAP exam is being held online. Further, SNAP has removed the GK section also.


Examination Pattern


Knowing the exam patter is one of the most effective SNAP preparation strategy. SNAP is an examination consisting of 3 sections i.e. General English, Quantitative-Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, Analytical & Logical Reasoning. There is no sectional time therefore students have enough time to solve questions within 120 minutes. The question paper consists of 110 questions in MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and non-MCQs. There is a penalty for every wrong answer.
