JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2020: Apply now for 8575 Vacancies

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has published a notification for the recruitment of Class 4 Posts. The notification is published for filling up 8575 vacant posts. Interested aspirants can apply for the Posts through online mode from 10th July 2020 to 25th August 2020.

Divisional Cadre - 3161 Posts

District - 4951 Posts

Age Limit:

Scheme of Examination for Class –IV posts:

1. The Examination will be conducted in offline mode and will consist of Multiple choice questions only.
2.  Negative marking of 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. 
3. There will be no provision for re-evaluation/rechecking of scores.
4. The total marks of the written test for UT Cadre is 85,80 for Divisional Cadre and 75 for District Cadre. The questions will be set in English only. 

Syllabus for Written Test for Class –IV posts:

1) Basis Mathematics : 20 marks

 Percentage, Average, Time, Work and Distance, Ratios and Proportions, Problem of Age, Probability, LCM, HCF, Mensuration 

2) Basis Reasoning : 20 marks

Analogies , Relationship concepts , Figure odd one out , Direct Sense , Figure Series completion , Venn Diagram , Number series , Coding/Decoding.

3) Basis English : 20 marks

Articles , Synonyms , Antonyms , Preposition , Verbs , Reading comprehension , Determiners , Spellings , Sentences 

4) General Awareness and Science :20 marks

General current events (National Level), Sports , India culture , India history , Indian geography , Capital/State , General Science , Health, Hygiene and Sanitation , Geography of Jammu and Kashmir , Culture of Jammu and Kashmir , History of Jammu and Kashmir 

How to apply for JKSSB Class 4 Recruitment 2020 ?

1. Applicants can fill the online forms through https://ssbjk.org. 
2. First Candidate have to register by clicking on “Candidate Registration” link.
3. After the registration , Candidate need to login by clicking on “ candidate login” and then update the details like mobile number, Email Id, etc
4. Once the candidate has logged in then the candidate has to click on Apply now and fill all the information then click on “ Save and continue”.
5. Candidate need to upload the latest photograph along with other supporting documents.
6. After successful completion of the form, the candidate shall be shown “Pay Now” link for making the online application fee payment.
7. The application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for subsequent stage of Selection as per the notified Criteria.
