Omega 3 helps in having great control over memory and decision-making skills. Apart from Omega 3, Coffee is also very good for memory. Though too much coffee is not good for health, having a coffee in the morning helps in activating your brain as well as sharpens your level of concentration.

Exercise well

Exercising every day not only maintains your body but also balances your brain. It helps in decreasing stress and boosts memory power. It lets your brain function patiently when you are in a panic situation. Exercising at least half an hour every day helps you in improving your mood, sleep, and reduces anxiety. This eventually leads to having great memorization skills.

Sleep for a good memory

Researchers suggest that having a sound sleep helps you to improve your memory power. The brain operates the whole day, but it is only during sleep here the brain is free from your thoughts and anxiety. Therefore it is very important to have a good amount of sleep at night so that the brain is ready for the next day with higher expertness. Make sure you do not use or keep your phone near you as it is not healthy for your brain and body.

This is one of the most common ways to remember things. But I must say this is the best one too. Making notes of things that you feel you will not remember helps you to remember in a much easier way. Nowadays people are usually in a hurry, therefore the best way to make notes is by recording things on the microphone.

Be a teacher

There are times when you know the concept but you cannot memorize. In such a case, try teaching that concept to your friends or to someone who does not understand that concept. This technique will help you to memorize the concept and gain knowledge in a very clearer way. Try this and technique and I'm sure you will see a positive result in your memorizing skill.

Relax your brain

It is very important that you declutter your brain when you feel that you're over exaggerating it with concepts. Take a break for half an hour and listen to music or meditate. Do take your phone and start using social media. This might ruin your situation, therefore take a break for some time this will help you memorize faster.
