NEET 2021 is just around the corner and it is expected that the National testing agency (NTA) must be releasing the NEET 2021 exam date in January. Do not consume junk foods or fast foods as this will increase your stress hormones thus you should eat healthily and drink more fluids. Do not load yourself by having caffeinated drinks just to stay awake, because they will make you feel anxious later and cause many harmful effects on the body.


Spend some time with your loved ones- It is important to know that NEET anxiety increases when you do not share your feelings with your close ones.
