Meaning of Qualifying Papers:


The Paper-III and Paper-IV of SSC-CGL 2020 Tier-II examination are qualifying in nature and can Level of Questions in SSC-CGL 2020 Tier-II examination papers


- The candidates must understand that the level of questions asked in Paper-I of the

Tier-II Examination is of Class 10th level.


- The level of questions of Paper-II of Tier-II examination is class 12th level. 


- The level of questions in Paper-III and Paper-IV of Tier-II examination is of

Graduation level or Bachelor’s degree level.

Account Officer are required to appear for these papers respectively.

If a candidate does not appear for the examination then:


Your candidature for Junior Statistical Office rand Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Account Officer should be canceled.


But you will be still eligible for other posts notified under SSC-CGL 2020 notification.


Time Management for SSC-CGL 2020


a. Minimum Months to prepare whole Syllabus: 3-4 months

b. Minimum hours required daily Basis: 4- 5 Hours

c. Time required for Revision: 15 Days 


Strategy to Attempt SSC-CGL 2020 Examination Paper


There should be a unique strategy to qualify each tier of the SSC-CGL 2020 examination. Here I am going to discuss those unique strategies with you. This will be helpful for you to score high and secure your place in SSC-CGL 2020 examination.


I. Tier-I Examination:


Duration: 60 Minutes


The Sequence to attempt each section and time for each section of the paper plays an important role in the Tier-I examination. Here you need to answer 100 questions in 60 Minutes. This is the reason this level is getting tougher. Before 2017 the maximum time allotted for this section was 75 minutes.

a. Use the last 5 Minutes for revision. So that you will not leave an easy question

for which you know the exact answer.


b. Attempt only if you are sure for the answer because there is a negative

marking of 0.5 marks against each wrong answer. 


II. Tier-II Examination:


In SSC-CGL Tier-IIExamination Paper-I and Paper-II are compulsory. Duration: 120 Minutes for each Paper

b. Keep reading newspapers and magazines on a regular basis.



Practice Mantra for SSC-CGL 2020 Examination:


a. Keep solving last year’s SSC CGL questionpapers as the commission has a

tendency to repeat some of the questions from previous year question papers.


b. Enroll in online mock tests for real-time experience and speed tests. Also, analyze

the result of each mock test and modify your strategy accordingly from time to

time. This will help you to attempt SSC-CGL 2020 examination in a better way.


c. Practice both ways online and offline.  


Preparation Tips for SSC-CGL 2020


a. Fix your preparation routine and follow it religiously.

b. Fix a day in a week for revision or to catch a topic that was planned but left.

c. Prepare each subject in detail and make a handy bullet point’s note for last-

minute revision. 

d. Create your own study plan according to the timings which better suits you.
