Into this calorimeter he adds 5g of dry ice at 0ºC. When all the ice melts the final temperature recorded by him is 20ºC. (a) What is the total quantity of water in the calorimeter at 20ºC. (b) What quantities of heat are released by water and calorimeter in attaining the temperature of 20ºC ? (c) What is the total amount of heat gained by the ice ?
