Out of the three parts of Chemistry, physical chemistry is the easiest one if u solve it by understanding topics properly instead of just cramming formulae.

If I suggest about the books, then build your main focus at being perfect in solving NCERT book first. Further, refer to Physical Chemistry by N Awasthi and OP Tandon, for numericals part basically.

Highlight the important parts in the book and depend more on your hand written notes since they become the best source at the very time of revision. Try to gain proper knowledge of graphs and derivations.
