    • The Ebers – Moll model is applicable to Bipolar Junction Transistors.
    It is an ideal model for BJT, that can be used in forward or reverse active mode of operation, as well as in both saturation and cut-off mode also. Analysis : The two diodes represent Base emitter and Base collector diodes.
