What is the difference between NOW() and CURRENT_DATE()?

A

NOW() shows date with time and CURRENT_DATE() shows date only.

B

NOW() shows date and CURRENT_DATE() shows date with time.

C

NOW() shows time only and CURRENT_DATE() shows date.

D

Both are same.
