With announcement by Union HRD minister Prakash Javadekar for conducting of NEET and JEE Main exam twice a year from 2019 under NTA (National Testing Agency) or Rashtriya Pariksha Ayog the NEET aspirants for 2019 have more or less decided to follow their usual pattern because they have got ample amount of time for giving NEET exam in may instead for trying in the month of February 2019.
NEET aspirants always got 30-45 days depending on board exam they are given for the NEET Exam they give in May.

Test Prep Industry will have to go for major shift in wake of news regarding conducting JEE Main and NEET exam twice a year.
Generally coaching institute finish courses by Oct/Nov/Dec, so we expect major chunk of student to give their JEE Main exam in January itself so they can concentrate on their board exams.
For NEET student giving exam in February shall be an issue because in March their board exams also start and various state boards start in February itself, so majority of medical student will give their NEET exam in May only.

Delhi Police have arrested a school Principal from west Delhi’s Bawana in the CBSE papers’ leak case, a senior police officer said on Wednesday.
Two teachers of Mother Khazani Convent School were arrested earlier for their alleged involvement in leak of question papers of Class 12 Economics subject and Class 10 Mathematics subject.

Out of the nearly 34,000 seats in private engineering colleges across the state, only about 8,000 have been filled up so far, leaving around 26,000 seats vacant.
Odisha has 38,000 engineering seats in total, out of which 4,086 are in eight government engineering institutes. With nearly all the seats in government colleges taken, it is the 34,000 seats in 86 private colleges that seem to exceed demand.

Engineering aspirants in Karnataka are expected to have a major disruption in schedule as the entire engineering seat matrix is yet to be released by the higher education department.
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) does not has list is not yet in their hand and they are aiming to allow first round of NEET counselling ahead of engineering counselling.
But now that we are yet to get the entire seat matrix from the higher education department, we will have to allow NEET counselling to start first,”

The number of girl students studying at the Indian Institutes of technology (IITs) is set to go up as official figures show that the percentage of seats secured by them this year has gone up to 15.39% compared to 9.15% in 2017.
Figures, indicate 1,858 girls have so far taken admission in these institutions.

Few days back many newspapers printed a story stating that NTA will conduct NEET & JEE Main exam December 2018 which created ripples in the test prep industry.
Running concurrently was news of conducting both exams as computer based exams (CBT).
It’s true that Govt. of India has allocated funds in Budget of 2017-18. It’s also true Mr. Vineet Joshi has been appointed as director general but no where apart from the thoughts of HRD ministry NTA exists.
